UK Truck Simulator Update v1.7

Click on the link below to download an update (53 MB approx) to UK Truck Simulator.

Once downloaded open the zip file and run the update program it should automatically find where you installed UK Truck Simulator. This install updates the Excalibur Publishing Limited CD version of UK Truck Simulator v1.2 or v1.4/v1.5/v1.6 to v1.7. If you have changed any UK Truck Simulator files you may have to reinstall the version from the CD to get this update to work.

v1.4 update resolved problems when driving in Scotland. v1.5 corrected the display of the £ sign, fixed Quarries not being visible and added an extra stretch of motorway. v1.6 and v1.7 corrected other issues with Quarries.

Euro Truck Simulator Update v1.3

Click on the link below to download an update (20 MB approx) to Euro Truck Simulator.

Once downloaded open the zip file and run the update program it should automatically find where you installed Euro Truck Simulator. This install updates the Excalibur Publishing Limited CD version of Euro Truck Simulator to v1.3 (it will also update v1.2 to v1.3). If you have changed any Euro Truck Simulator files you may have to reinstall the version from the CD to get this update to work.

The update contains a number of enhancements including a new country to drive in - England!

Note: The difference between patch V1.2 and V1.3 is that V1.3 contains minor bug fixes (no new features).

Space Rangers 2 & StarForce & Windows XP 64

This Space Rangers 2 update should allow StarForce to run on Windows XP 64 Bit Edition. You can download the update (8 MB in size) from here:

To use it if you have not done so install Space Rangers 2 on to your hard drive:

- extract the files from the downloaded zip file.
- place them in the folder containing Space Rangers 2 (default location:"c:\Program Files\Excalibur Publishing Limited - 1C\Space Rangers 2").
- Run the game and follow the on-screen instructions.

You should now be able to play Space Rangers 2.

Air Conflicts

The developer has created an update which helps Air Conflicts run on on-board graphics cards from Intel. Click on the link below to download a zip file (it's under 500 KB).

Once downloaded open the zip file and run the update program it should automatically find where you installed Air Conflicts. This will overwrite the existing program.

Pacific Storm: Allies

If you find that the game fails to start when you press the "Start the Game" option on the autorun menu, just start the game by either clicking on the Pacific Storm Allies desktop icon or through the Windows Start menu, select Start > All Programs > Buka > Pacific Storm - Allies > Play Buka > Pacific Storm - Allies.

To Install

Having downloaded the zip file, open it and run the patch program inside.

Notes:
This download updates v1.1 (the version on the UK CD) to v1.5. If you have earlier patches installed we found that it failed to update to v1.5 (we reinstalled v1.1 from CD and then v1.5 installed fine).

At the end of running the patch program if a message box appears with lots of question marks (e.g. ?????) just press the button to complete the install.

Having added the patch you may need to update the version of DirectX on your computer (you will get a missing DLL message when you start the game). The latest version of DirectX can be downloaded from Microsoft. We downloaded our update from..
